I stayed at Bells Beach Resort for two days and had a wonderful experience, especially with the breakfast service. Charles and Prity from the F&B department were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always cheerful. Their warm behavior and great service made my mornings truly delightful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a pleasant start to the day! 🌞🍽️
A special mention to Chef Shantanu Dallai, whose culinary skills are truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors and presented beautifully. You can tell he puts his heart into every plate absolutely world-class cooking!

The service team was equally impressive. Pappu, our waiter, was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured everything arrived right on time with a big smile. Hitesh also deserves appreciation for his friendly and professional attitude — together they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
A little later , Henry yong and joann, another receptionist, helped us with our table arrangements and ensured everything was perfectly organized. His courteous nature and attention to detail truly stood out.

The hotel lies in the comfort of Calangute. All the staff members are cooperative and soft spoken. The room was very near and well maintained. The food was the highlight for us.

Worst hotel in goa,rooms are very untidy,curtains are very untidy.blankets are like jail blankets.If you are planning a goa trip than never stay in this hotel.
Door lock is useless and it is not working properly.
There were no food option to eat and food was very poor in taste. If anyone want my opinion don’t stay in this hotel please. No proper service was provided. No one is answering the call on reception we are trying to calling them from room but no one is picking. Room service is very bad and staff is also not good
