The Pirates of Drinks Bar is the resort's in-house bar: a warm, softly lit counter with backlit shelves of whisky, scotch, gin, rum, vodka and tequila, and a window looking out onto the palms.

Order a Classic Mojito, a Watermelon Martini or our own Bells Berry Margarita, or keep it simple with a chilled pint. Starters come straight from the Bell Pepper kitchen, and our starter-and-beer combos make an easy evening of it.
